Wash your hands with hand soap and water.

Wear proper kitchen wear (for safety and cleanliness)

Make certain that all kitchen utensils and tools are clean

Be cautious with the knife.

Never lick a knife.

Do not lick your fingers without washing your hands instantly after licking.

Never lick any kitchen utensil without washing it instantly before using it again.

Ham Cheese Lettuce Sandwich - delicious, nutritious, eash healthy homemade

  • 2 slices Bread – 2 slices of your choice
  • butter
  • 1-2 slices ham
  • cheese - your choice
  • 1-2 Lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Place two slices of bread on the plate.
  2. Spread butter on one of the slices of bread using the knife.
  3. Using the spoon spread mayonnaise on the other slice of bread.
  4. Always spread the butter and mayonnaise over all the surface of the bread.
    (That is right to the edge of the bread.)
  5. Place the ham slice(s) on one slice of bread.
  6. Place cheese on the same slice of bread.
  7. Place one or two leaves of lettuce on the same slice of bread.
  8. Place the second slice of bread on top of the other.
  9. Using the knife cut the sandwich in half or into quarters and serve
